"Don't recommend. Expensive and rude. Charges a call out fee and an hourly charge. The appointment felt very dragged out, then he attempted to charge me far more than what he'd previously told me, lied about the time spent on site which fortunately I could prove. When I asked him to give a statement I could provide to my insurance company, which is a standard request, he got extremely, and I mean extremely hostile and rude, including sending me voicenotes shouting at me, telling me I was asking for a false statement (which was not the case in any capacity) and just behaved appallingly and very aggressively. I paid and blocked him. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone, particularly not women. I regretted making contact with him. He's absolutely unprofessional."
