"Had an issue with the shower tray which kept leaking , Jubel initially did a video call and when through some checks with me to understand if it’s an actual leaking pipe or something else . He identified it’s the seals which have failed and came down to seal the corner of the shower. Unfortunately this still hasn’t worked therefore he emphasised I need to get in touch with the plumber who installed the shower tray and enclosure and get this rectified and highlighted the area of issue for the plumber . Really good customer service and knowledge of plumbing mechanics he has . Highly recommend him ."

Luckily for us we found Jubel on google and called him out in the evening, he came out within minutes located the leak and fixed the issue.
