"I placed a small order for some angle trims which were 2 metres long so I anticipated slightly high delivery charges and happily paid. Just after confirmation of the order, I received a phone call from a very polite member of staff informing me I hadn't given them complete delivery address details which I then did. The staff member then explained that they had another option for delivery and credited me a very decent percentage of the delivery charge.
